NORPART Start-up report 2017
NORPART, the Norwegian Partnership Programme for Global Academic Cooperation, was launched in 2016. The programme supports academic partnerships and student mobility between higher education institutions in Norway and in selected developing countries, and is funded through the Norwegian Ministry of Education and the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The overall aim of NORPART is to enhance the quality of higher education in Norway and developing countries through academic cooperation and mutual student mobility.
